Experience the true Maremma in an Agriturismo

Valentina and Michele, both from Bergamo, fell in love with the Maremma more than twenty years ago and immediately decided that one day this land, still wild in many respects, would become their home. In 2017, the dream was finally realised with the purchase of Podere Campo al Crognolo, a large rustic farmhouse in the Roccastrada region. Valentina and Michele moved their family here, embarking on a new life that respects traditional values.

Their farmhouse is a small, well-kept jewel surrounded by breathtaking views and the daily rhythm of nature. As well as the farmhouse and large infinity pool, Valentina and Michele have purchased 22 hectares of land, 6 of which are dedicated to olive growing with 700 trees, and then there is the forest stretching as far as the eye can see with paths and trails for trekking and cycling. Here, surrounded by curious foxes, roe deer frolicking in the nearby woods and the bright colours of the Mediterranean countryside, Valentina and Michele have opened the doors of their farmhouse, transforming it into a tourist accommodation facility where everyone can enjoy a unique experience called Maremma.
